"The 1st receptionist I talked to was very rude! Was shocked that she spoke to me that way. She would not schedule me till they had a go from my insurance & would call back. I was having a very hard time & crying, but in no way did I say anything to deserve being talked to like she did. Never got that call back. I phoned into them 12 days later inquiring on what they figured out, but think I'm gonna go somewhere else now. The counselor's may be great, but after all this I'll never know. Update: Got a call from the office. The last was nice & wanted to know if she could have the lady call me back & apologize. I thanked her & said no, but wanted them to know I wasnt the only one that has reviewed them with this issue. I hope that they can work this out themselves & fix this, cause they may continue getting reviews like this if not."

"As a mother it’s never easy to see your children suffer mentally or physically. I’m very disappointed in not receiving a return phone call after speaking with LIFE and was reassured we would be called back. If anyone understands “LIFE” happens I do. What ever the case may be, I can see and understand completely why individuals or our children are not getting the help they need. It starts with a phone call right? We did our part and LIFE failed to do theirs."

"Never able to contact by telephone. The counselor assigned is no longer working there. My child was a client for less than 6 months. I'm frustrated that we have spent a lot of money and energy to build trust with a counselor we can no longer see. I do not relish finding another therapist.. A heads up would've been nice so I could've made an educated decision. The front desk receptionist is very nice. Billing is terrible and a pain for private insurance."

"The outward appearance is very cozy and welcoming, when I walked in I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who knew the answers to all my questions and took care of my requests in a professional and timely manner. The other staff was very open and friendly, they immediately made me feel welcome."

"Do not waste your time, money and efforts with this counseling center. They are the biggest crooks in the treasure valley hands down. Please let it be known to all that if you are court ordered to complete an evaluation and class, this counseling center will give you the max in order to make more money off you. All I needed was a simple class to appease the courts on a first time non-excessive DUI charge and they recommended instead that I attend their very own 6-9 month outpatient program costing $2000.00. Tom Wilson counseling center in Boise will do a much better job for you and everything is on-line for you convenience!! Good luck!!"
