"I took my kid in on a Sunday afternoon after a ski injury and we were seen very quickly and got exactly what we needed. Staff were wonderful and courteous. Highly recommend!"
"Taking a sick baby to urgent care is very stressful, but every single member of the staff was very kind and reassuring. They gave me a lot of good information and made me feel very supported and were very sweet with my little guy. I'm very appreciative"
"My child was sent back to see Dr. Duvall due to a fever that has lasted over eight days. My son had recently been on antibiotics which had been prescribed by another doctor in your facility December 27. This doctor was "filling in due to being so busy" I am unsure of her name, although she was pregnant and blonde. My son is two, and was told he had a sinus infection, so said doctor prescribed amoxicillin. Fast-forward to 2 January his fever spike to 104. So we took him in. Doctor took one look at my son's throat and said "he does definitely look streppy." Insinuating, that he probably has strep throat, and that she would swab him. She said she was unable to get a decent swab but she would do the strep test regardless. The swab for strep did come back negative. While she was telling me that she asked me who prescribed him amoxicillin for a sinus infection. When I told her that it was this facility, she looked puzzled. She then stated "we don't have you on our records being in this clinic since November." Which struck me as odd because we were just there a couple weeks before. Then she said, "two-year-olds do not have fully developed sinuses and we would never prescribe amoxicillin for a sinus infection to begin with." at that point I knew that that facility had given my son a wrong diagnosis, and antibiotics that he didn't even need. And now this doctor believes that we hadn't even been seen since November at that clinic. So I wasn't being taken seriously. And I knew that. While being excused from the room, Dr. Duvall said "bye Brook." Which is not my sons name so I went to the front desk and asked them who they thought my son was, sure enough, they had the wrong child as the patient. I walked out of there pretty upset. So I decided to call back in to make sure that the correct notes they were supposed to be under my son's chart was actually charted correctly, though they had the wrong child in the room. The front desk stated that there is a female child by the name of Brooke with the same birthday. My son is clearly a boy. When I spoke with Dr. Duvall, she acted like having the wrong child in the room was no big deal. "Yeah, sorry about that." nothing was said about the Doctor Who told me my son had a sinus infection, even though he has no sinuses to be infected, and the prescribed amoxicillin. No phone call follow up saying how sorry or embarrassed you guys are. As you should be. Not anything, even saying they spoke to the Doctor Who made the mistake let alone in the front desk, who also made a mistake."
"We were seen very quickly, which I appreciated since my son is so young. I also really appreciate that the staff took the time to answer my questions and educate me. As a first time mom, it was nice to not feel silly asking questions or bringing my son in."
"I was very pleased with this office. I brought my 2 year old daughter in severely sick , and the doctor did every thing she could to find out what was wrong with her. They found out what was wrong and prescribed antibiotics asap so we could go get them same night. Very likely to recommend to a friend , and now have a piece of mind where to take my kids is something is wrong."
