"This has to be the worst run psychiatrist office that I’ve ever encountered. I honestly don’t see how he can continue his practice. Unless I was the only one that he along with his staff subjected me to terrible patient treatment and customer service. Where do I begin? I came to Dr Kent’s practice due mainly to the positive reviews that I read about him. After my first office visit I was convinced that I had made the right choice for a doctor who could manage my meds for OCD and anxiety that I was diagnosed with years ago. Well everything went down hill after my initial office visit. He routinely failed to follow up with my prescriptions. I would physically have to go into his practice and complain to his staff that although through phone call exchanges with me from them telling me that they had phoned in my prescriptions. When I would call the pharmacy they would inform that the doctor had not contacted them about any refills for me. This happened to me on more than one occasion. When I got to see the doctor face to face and. inquire about these missteps he would come up with excuses ranging from his computer was down to blaming the pharmacy to the cat ate the refill request.lol I had had enough after the third time of his staff just refusing to call me back as they would often tell me that they would. I found another doctor that is a breath of fresh air compared to Dr Kent. It was obvious that he didn’t want me as a patient, why remains a mystery I’m just so happy that I don’t have to deal with him or his staff again."
