"I cut my finger opening a can that required stitches. Had to wait well over an hour before Dr. Gunderson came in my room. When he did show he didnt apologize for the wait and does not have good bedside manners. But the nurses had great bedside manners and was very curtious. Went back a week later to get stitches removed and realized Dr. Gunderson failed to read my allergies list. He had applied basitrcin, which I'm allergic, to my cut. My husband and I both remember him telling us it was neosporin. I was lucky that I did not break out into blisters."
"Worse urgent care experience ever. Went in on a Saturday because they were the only one near me that was open. The doctor said he didn’t have an ear infection when in fact he did (we needed up in the er that same night so that’s how we know) my baby could have lost his hearing if we didn’t end up getting a second opinion that night. He was also just rude and passive aggressive. Would not recommend this location at all."
"Words cannot express the amount of frustration I am feeling with this clinic. My one year old BABY was brought into the clinic at 1:15 PM today for a quick ear check. We are worried that he may have an ear infection. In my experience, this check takes 5-minutes to complete. It has been THREE HOURS and my child has still not been seen. THREE HOURS. No communication from staff. My child had to have a bottle brought across town because he’s been there all day. This is absolutely terrible TERRIBLE service. *update* There was a staffing issue and the clinician who saw my child (three hours later) was extremely apologetic. Make it a priority to communicate with your patients when wait times go to such an extreme."
"I was very sick & needed a doctor's note for work. I couldn't get in to see my regular doctor because I didn't have an appointment. My husband suggested Primary Health because that's where he goes. And let me tell you " They are an amazing staff of Health professionals". I felt cared for from the front desk, to getting my vitals, & of course the doctor. I would consider going there more if I didn't have my family doctor. Thank-you Primary Health on Broadway."
