Gridiron Physical Therapy

"I don’t often leave reviews unless there is a strong reason to, excellent service or a cautionary tale. Thus one is sadly a cautionary tale. I would strongly recommend getting clarity of payment BEFORE treatment. I went for an initial appointment due to knee pain. I signed paperwork upfront indicating the appointment would be 100+. I asked for clarity about the +. They said it would be minimal above that depending on insurance. To my surprise it was double the 100+. This was not disclosed prior to treatment. I don’t mind paying for treatment, but I do not appreciate surprise bills, especially given the law that is supposed to protect patients from just this sort of situation. It is also surprising that I billed for the appointment to have been completed by the physical therapist when the appointment t was done by his student. I was asked upfront t if they could use my appointment due training purposes. I did agree that was fine, but to be billed as if the licensed therapist was leading the appointment, which they were not. I did follow up with a call and no resolution except to pay which I will, but will not be returning for further treatment."
