"office girls are nice, doc weaver is awesome, the billing part of McKim is terrible. I was told when I started going there the charge would be 40 and then insurance would pay, after insurance time ran out I would be charged 50, however when I looked on my insurance, they were charging claiming 50 all along to the insurance. Then they were charging me more then the EOB on my insurance allowed. I called the billing office, and complained that I had never received a billing statement and would like one, what I got was not a billing statement. I questioned why they were charging me more than the EOB allowed, funny how she said oh I need to send you a credit. I again made several attempts at getting a billing statement, never got one. It has been months. I made a complaint with the BBB, however because McKim is not accredited business they don't have to respond to my complaint. Now I will go further up and proceed to find my answers."

"I had an appointment scheduled. Showed up ten minutes early and was told they couldn’t see me because I wasn’t in another 5 minutes earlier to fill out paperwork which was never communicated to me when making the appointment. The lady at the front desk was insanely rude. So glad they are in the business of “helping” people. Will definitely never go back or recommend!"

"Dr. Weaver is one of the best chiropractors I've ever used! He is very caring and pays attention to what you need done. Ellie at the front desk is beyond helpful and kind! And just recently I started seeing massage therapist, Cathy once a month for my prenatal massage and she is so amazing! I've been so achy this pregnancy but I am in heaven after a session with Cathy!"

"I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone friends and family. I took my mom in and the whole experience from beginning to end of the appointment was amazing. The front desk was super polite and welcoming, they asked all the appropriate questions to help my mom receive the correct adjustments that she was going to need. The front desk even squeezed her in for a massage right after, they only had one spot left but it meant leaving the office and going back but they made it work for her and she didn’t have to wait instead they saw her immediately. And the chiropractor was super friendly, honest, and very clear about everything. And while I was there I also experienced another awesome thing about them, they had another patient walk in but she forgot her important information they were very understanding about the whole situation and tried helping her the best they could until they informed her that they would still be able to see her they gave that trust to their patient to provide the information they needed at a later time(which she went literally 5-10 mins after her appointment to give the missing information) which was amazing to see cause NOT EVERY office does that they will not see no one without payment or important information no matter how honest you are they just won’t help and instead send you on your way and reschedule you and some even still charge for not attending the appointment and charge you for it. This place is a friendly, respectful environment."

"I was nervous at first, but the staff's upbeat and friendly attitudes put me at ease! I went in for lower back pain and the Doctor was very informational and helpful. I got decompression done and it helped with my back pain. I plan on being a repeat patient and would recommend them to anyone!"
