"My biggest issue with this clinic is the smell. Every time I walk through the door, I'm hit with the stench. It's hard to describe but it smells like unclean bodies, in a very strong way. I don't understand how, not a single person that works there, has noticed or tried to do anything about the smell. It's the exact opposite of the clean, sterile scent you expect a doctor's office to smell like."
"Receptionists will take your message and probably throw it in the garbage. Good luck getting ahold of a nurse. No one has any empathy for you if you need something done quickly or frankly at all. Too bad because I love Dr. Grigore but the staff in general makes me want to tear my hair out. The after hours service is also useless, and the on call doctor Dr Dewitte or however you spell her name will never call you back. A triage nurse has been paging her every 15 minutes since 9am and I haven't heard anything. Must be nice to make 6 figures and sleep in when you're on call."
"I love Dr Turner, I've had nothing but a great experience with this clinic won't go anywhere else."
"I feel St Alphonsus organization needs to oversee this clinic better or cut it loose. The Drs. and staff there are disorganized and have terrible follow through. We recently moved the Eagle area and needed to get a new primary care physician. My husbands back was having issues and we needed an MRI. The wait time to get s new Dr here was approx. 3 months, so the St Als staff in Eagle suggested we go to Oasis. We got an appt right away. So Dr Arthur Jones saw my husband. My husband told him what we needed. He said no problem, call me when you get back from vacation and we will order that right away. It took 6 phone call to order an MRI, no call backs and the staff said he was confused....didn't take notes at the appt. Finally got the MRI, no call back with results. We have now called 4 times to get the files sent over to a Neurosurgeon. This is ridiculous. Needless to say, the neurosurgeon seems the same, we will be picking up the files and going back to Portland for medical care. Its really too bad, we are fully insured and with our last Dr 20 years....this is terrible care and service.........."
"I have had to schedule appointments and Dr, Turner is often busy. But, she is worth the wait. I know that if I am in the urgent care need, or if I have a serious problem, she will take the time for me, too. That is worth the wait. I usually don't have to wait more than a few minutes when I do have an appointment. She is very thorough and honest. I like that a lot!"
