"Terrible place, good luck getting in an appt with Dr. Rulon. I've been trying to see her for over 2 years now as she was my PCP. At first her office at 130 E. Boise Ave. told me that she is no longer my PCP, then they apologies that she was my PCP and I made an appt in Feb. 2023 for Mar. 2024. Well I just received a letter like the cowards that this office is, that my appt in Mar. 2024 has been canceled so I called and asked when I can get in to see her and the phone representative told me she is booked until next year ha! GFR! You couldn't pay me to go see her again!"

"I have been waiting since September to get in with Dr. Hofstetter and it was well worth the wait. Shonda (front desk) was so helpful before and after my appointment. They were really busy but she didn’t skip a beat. Dr. Hofstetter is fantastic. From the second she walked in the room I felt so comfortable and was so relieved. Very thorough, asked and answered lots of questions and came up with a game plan. Her nurse was just as great, super friendly and patient. The gal in the lab was awesome. Best blood draw ever and so pleasant. I couldn’t be happier with everyone in that clinic."
