"I'm speaking out finally after 10 years but when I got pregnant with my first child as a teen this was the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in just one appointment for 30 minutes or less. I don't remember the lady's name but she immediately started telling my mom right Infront of me what a shame I was and that this is terrible for my mom to go through almost making me cry the next day I told my mom I don't wanna go here anymore so I started going towards more Boise and meridian areas and they were absolutely wonderful no judgement or rudeness just did there job. I hope that lady is on to better things and not in this office anymore or half the people I dealt with they like to offer there opinions before they offer there help to you"

"I have been seen at this facility through my second pregnancy. I have loved my OB, Dr. Anderson. He has been very supportive, patient, and has allowed me to ask any and all questions during each appointment. However, the reception staff is enough to make me wish I could change facilities. The receptionist argued with me, and would not allow me to schedule my 28-36 week appointments every two weeks (as they were with my first pregnancy). I have called multiple times for a nurse just to call back, and each time have had to call the after hours and speak to a doctor. They have not called me after a week with my diabetes test results. I feel very neglected as a patient calling in, and am worried I will not receive the proper care the rest of my pregnancy."
