"Jake and his entire team are amazing! I injured my back and wasn't able to do even the simplest things to care for myself or my home without intense pain. After two months of ice and rest with no improvement, I requested a referral to PT. I started with the PT who'd helped me after shoulder surgery, but after another two months and still no improvement, I found Jake @ Atlas and went for a free initial consultation. Amazingly, he found the problem and addressed it right there, and I walked out feeling a significant improvement. I realized my first PT had simply been managing me, setting me up to do stretches and exercises while he rotated between multiple patients at a time, only returning to instruct me on another exercise.
