"Receptionists on the phone are always rude. My doctor Brad greaves is always late to our zoom appointments. He doesn’t acknowledge my professional diagnosis from another doctor and is trying to stick me on all these meds I have already tried and even ones I am allergic to. He is very unprofessional, almost as par with his people on the phone.most recently I waited 12 minutes on zoom for him and he never joined, come to find out the receptionist canceled it without approval because I asked if a phone call was a possibility. They hold you to a standard they cannot even maintain themselves because if you are late or cancel without 24 hour notice you get a fee or waitlisted, meanwhile this “doctor” is getting paid to sit there while we should have been having our appointment. I’m going to discus with my counselor legal options I can proceed with after this occurrence."

"Dr Alex wills along with his permanent health office and staff are some of the greatest psychologist and psychiatrist yet caring for their patients every step along the way. No matter the situation doctor wills and his staff are truly there to help. I've only met two psychiatrists in 54 years that I would even respect and Dr Alex wills is one."

"Well.... Jon crisswell was amazing then left due to this company being a joke. Brad and I didn't even have a full appointment.. Brad LIED to me to my face and wasted my whole day trying to track down information that wasn't there... I went there today and was normal speaking voice, no cursing, nothing... I said thank you for lying to me and he smiled like it was a joke. I said can you wipe the smile off because it's not funny and he immediately threatened to call the police... in front of a brand new patient as well. I do have this on video as well. Brad is a disgusting human being and didn't even take the 5 min to look at my chart for my mental health. I will never go back to this place and I hope you lose your license Brad. You don't deserve to be in mental health if that's how you treat your patients. Again, worst experience I've ever had..."
