"Sloppy work across the board. Brought in a pair of shoes and they at first refused to work on them for a problem that never existed. Supposedly there was a hole in the shoe which never existed. Got them back and the sole still had multiple gaps and plenty of excess glue on the outside. You take things like this too professionals because you want professional work done and this was far removed from professional work."

"Great place. You have the feel of an old time boot repair shop and the experience of years worth of repairing leather. Had just purchased another pair of Thorogood boots which I love and noticed a few threads loose on the side of one. Humans make these so it’s not a problem but, didn’t want them to cause issues so took them in here to see. She instantly said it’s not a problem and explained the same thing, errors happen and was just a setting on the sewing machine that didn’t get caught. Said leave it be and should be fine, if they start to come out then can take it back here and she will gladly restitch it. Also sell pecards boot oil for a good price which is preferred by them over the years of trying different ones. Have a good selection of motorcycle leathers if you need those and some outback trading co. Jackets which are phenomenal jackets if you don’t mind paying the price. I had a duster for years. Checked resolve prices too and they are great prices. Stop in and rest assured if your needing boots or leather goods worked on…they will be in good hands here."

"The people were very courteous and the business is nice and clean and carries alot of cowboy boots..saddles and other equipment.. my only complaint is I only needed one heel tip on my high heels replaced and they insist on replacing both and charging for both ..$18+ tax so it was $20 to replace a rubber high heel tip the size of a quarter ..the only other place in town charges $25 Ugh"

"Great old school service. Went in with an old leather bomber jacket with a busted zipper. Several shops were unable to help. The gentleman in the store had the jacket as good as new in a few days and it was really easy on the wallet. Has good leather riding gear in stocks as well. Will be heading back to have my boots re soled."
