"Would of been 5 stars if Dr. Nicola wasn't retiring and had to leave his patients with a Dr. Who doesn't seem to care or listen as well as Dr. Nicola did. I have been trying to get a hold of one of the nurse's affiliated with Dr. Daines for the last 2 days. 3 messages have been sent to them along with a voicemail on the nurses' line. Still, no return call. It's extremely disappointing for a professional medical facility to treat some patients like this. I feel like my concerns, pain, and diagnosis have been completely ignored. I deserve a Doctor and an office that cares about ALL of their patients and is there for them, even if it's for giving simple advice or answering questions/concerns. I hope they can take this negative review as a learning opportunity."

"West Orthopedics is a wonderful company. Dr. Nicola and Craig are fantastic. Dr Nicola has replaced both of my knees. He watches over your recovery. Makes sure that everything is healing as it should. Sets you up with good physical therapy. Craig the PA, is really good. Helps Dr Nicola in watching how your recovery is going. They work well as a team to get you back to functioning knees. Both are very kind and patient. They are the best!"
