"Girlfriend and I came in to get chlamydia tests, upfront lady was new but very kind and patient, nurse was very kind aswell and on task, also answered any questions my partner and I had. Doctor S Finnegan was the main problem, she was incredibly disrespectful to my girlfriend and made rude comments and avoided any questions and concerns about other symptoms of our body. We both had to wait up to 30 minutes inbetween her visits to our room. If Doctor Finnegan get’s removed then you will see an overall higher rating. Everyone else was good. Never returning to location."

"FYI -- the physicians have changed recently at this clinic. Dr. Heywood is fantastic -- patient skills, speedy replies via MyChart, good diagnostic skills, great with my special needs kids, can't recommend him enough. Same with the staff there. Professional, super friendly, and patient with the patients. Never been more satisfied with a family medical clinic, and I've been to plenty. I have not had to get urgent care there so I can't speak to that. As a regular family practice place though, I highly recommend it."

"Absolutely ridiculous . Dr Ball is kind, but we can’t get our medications ever refilled . Several days of calling, letting them know that if it’s not filled we will go through withdrawals and will be unable to work. How hard is it to simply send it to the pharmacy?! How many times do we need to call?! It’s been three days, we are now out of medication and the answer is “we will try to get it done” “ we will let the doctor know” how about put me on hold, talk to the doctor right now, and send it and tell me yes, it’s sent and you will have your meds.” “ I get suicidal thoughts “ just go to the er if that happens” uh no, how about you just send the refill so we don’t have to be in that situation. My husband and I both have very important medications we can not do without!!! Just send them"

"Dr. Ball has been my favorite, she is amazing and great at her job. She listens and goes out of her way in every appointment, whether it's mine or my child's. I have never met a doctor we could be so comfortable around and genuinely come to for any concern, silly or not."

"I've been to a lot of doctors in my day but this one takes the cake. Dr Keller has to be the rudest, most inconsiderate doctor I have ever met. Its like he watched the tv show House too many times and took all the bad characteristics from Hugh Laurie's character."
