"I am having such a hard time getting a hold of anyone. They canceled my girl friends appt for a 2nd time and she hasn't been able to speak to anyone. They haven't called back in weeks. I went to their location to see if I can speak to someone at the office. The doors were locked and it looks like they have empty their office. It's really not cool that they screw patients over when people depend one getting medications"

Yes, you might need to wait for your appointment, but that’s because she takes her time with each patient and allows you to be heard and address all of your concerns. When she received notification of a hospital stay, she personally called to check in on me and my family. We are so grateful for BillieSue and her team."

"Posting both from my own experience, and on behalf of a loved one: If you book an afternoon appointment with Billiesue, you may end up waiting for more than an hour. She gets behind on morning appointments and they stack up in the afternoon. Four times in 5 months, Billiesue has had to cancel our appointment or switch to telehealth. I did not receive notice of this until the day of. If you are not a skinny person, beware: Billiesue tends to push weight-loss treatments on both plus-size and mid-size clients, rather than prioritizing mental health treatments or other therapies."

"Billie Sue is a wonderful caring physician. My son had an emergency and she took all the right steps in helping us find a solution. She made him feel comfortable and she truly cared about his health and finding him the best treatment quickly."

"Billie Sue is the BEST! She will not stop trying until she has gotten to the bottom of your health issues. After a doctor I had been working with gave me the *shrug* "There is nothing we can really do to fix your problem, just pills to control symptoms"; I had totally given up on ever getting my life back. I went to Billie Sue just for a UTI, and in the course of the appointment mentioned that I had POTS, and she jumped all over it, ordering tons of tests, insisting that it was most likely viral. Sure enough, I had reactivated viruses, and when I started taking antivirals, my symptoms started going away. Go see her, and keep going back. If she doesn't get to underlying cause right away, SHE WON'T GIVE UP. You will never get the *shrug* from her! LOVE LOVE LOVE HER. And for the person who complained about her not being on time for an appointment, know that when it's your turn to tell her your health story, she will listen and won't cut you short either. I would rather have a doctor be late and then focus on me and give me all the time I need, than one who is always right on the clock and ends my appointment at a set time rather than after we have made some plans or progress with my health. I've seen enough of those doctors and they weren't the ones who actually finally helped me."
