"Waited almost an hour for my husband to be seen. Once the "nurse" came in, he provided his symptoms. We know he has a sinus infection, had a fever, yet, she looks in his ears, NOT his mouth or nose. Rushed us out, wouldnt let my husband finish what he was saying. And then writes down over the counter medicine to take for relieve.... on a paper towel.... what a waste of time and we better not get a bill."

"Extremely slow walk in clinic. I should have just waited to see my primary doc instead of sitting in the lobby watching the staff accept 5 people per hour while there are 20 in the lobby and more walking in every few minutes. Front desk attendants were not friendly either."
