"Absolutely horrible experience. Showed up 2 minutes late to my 10am appointment and the gate keeper checking people in refused to let them see me. Two minutes late and refused to see me for a quick appointment asking for some labs. I’ve never been treated that way at St. Alphonsus. So if you’re two minutes late they refuse to see you, but when you get here on time you’re waiting for 30 minutes to be seen. No customer service."
