"Dr. Scott Malm is a breath of fresh air. He and his staff is top notch. This facility in Nampa is what I have been looking for for a long time. No wait times, express labs, no appointment necessary, clean, friendly and the best part...They actually take the time to ask you questions and are not quick to prescribe you something. They really want to understand your history and educate you along the way. It felt like the most customized treatment approach I have ever experienced. I have had asthma for 20 plus years and had no idea that one visit could help me so much. I am forever grateful and will continue to use IHNC in the future for myself AND my family. With Saltzer potentially closing it's doors, I imagine this will be a highly sought after clinic. If you are in need of general care, lab tests or even mental health services. This is your place."

I was pleasantly surprised to learn they could actually get me right in. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The whole place had a very "small town" feel where they actually take time to talk and listen. I was able to get labwork done right on site. There was no pressure to do more than I wanted but the doctor nicely recommended routine suggestions. The visit was very affordable and I could not be happier with my experience. I love the fact that this is a teaching facility where volunteers and staff come from multiple countries to learn and experience health practices.
