"Changed my rating. Front desk people are very hit or miss. Sometimes they wow me, other times they hang up while I am mid sentence. Honestly, I go to the doctor less because of some interactions I've had. The Healthcare itself is good, just mediocre customer service on average."

"Absolutely ridiculous. Their new Covid guidelines has you parking in the yellow (loading) zone in front of the side doors. I parked in a legal parking space right before that yellow zone but they would not allow my mom to meet them at the door, insisted I park in that yellow zone so the RN could find my mom. Could have found her just fine from where we were but I guess stepping outside to look is just extra work. What do they do to people who get dropped off? Are they allowed to walk to the door without a car parked in a space or do they have to stand in one of those spots so they are properly found? I generally give alot of leeway to health facilities but this is ridiculous."

"I switched my mother to Full Curcle Health Clinic after having a horrible experience with a different local clinic. From the beginning the stuff were very nice and professional. They were able to set up my mother with Spanish speaking nurses and doctors. We have had such a wonderful experience at this clinic. Everyone has shown how they really care for my mothers health and make sure her health plan is up to date. I am very thankful for NP Reynaldo Celestino. He has listened to my mothers concerns."
