"I will never step foot in this facility again and I highly do NOT recommend. We have made several trips here for different reasons. The help is less than helpful. They did not listen to our Dad either time that we brought him in for help (twice within 3 days). He is a veteran and he was visiting us for 5 days (it was supposed to be his vacation) and he was severely ill. They were rude and rushed us out even though we waited over an hour to see anyone both times we were there. They finally told him he needed to go to the Veterans Home for help. Huge waste of money and time and very stressful for all of us. Even though I knew better, I recently tried to go there because it is close and convenient. They made me wait in the cold, drafty entrance and had my husband come in. I get not wanting to get others sick but I was wearing a mask and there were others sitting inside (and I did NOT have Covid..I had tested negative two days in a row). After 10 minutes of drilling my husband with questions and making us fill out a bunch of paperwork they told us to drive around back and wait in our vehicle til they came out and got us. Oh, and that it would be at least an hour...sitting in a cold car and sick as hell. Pretty awesome. So I called Primary Health off of Chinden and Linder and they said to come on over. I waited in my car for about 7 minutes before they called me in. They were thorough, friendly and informative. I was finished in 10 minutes. I would recommend you go there instead. They are about 7 minutes from the Star facility and they seem to not only care but also they are functional and efficient."

"I am a newer patient here but I can tell you Deb is a breath of fresh air. Wonderful bed side manners, knowledgeable, communicates with common language and friendly. She treats me like a person rather than a random patient which makes it comfortable to disclose sensitive or intimate personal information. I am so thankful to finally fine someone I can trust."

"I absolutely love Dr. Gilbert! She takes the time to get to know you and truly cares about her patients. It’s hard to find a doctor like her these days."

"When I can get my mother in to see someone (urgent care), the service and attention to her care is fantastic. Getting seen with an appointment has been very difficult. They're booked out at least 4-6 weeks. After I had to cancel one appointment, the appointment I finally got was moved back another 3 weeks. The sad part is that she is 81, the appointment was to establish primary care, and the clinic is a convenient 5 minutes from home. Clearly this facility can't handle the influx of people to the area. And I'm sure the staff has voiced this to their management. What's being done, if anything, remains to be seen. In the meantime, I'll have to go elsewhere."
