"My fiancé and I were driving home on Christmas Eve and having some issues with our car. They gave us a call back and they took a look as it is heavy winds and we were concerned about the shocks. The person there was so kind and let us come in to see what was going on, he took it for a drive and turns out it was the strong winds causing issues.
