"If NO STAR was available I would choose that option. The store manager is VERY RUDE and UGLY ATTITUDE. Complaining about employees in front of her customers, on the phone talking very loud about personal issues. Talking with an employee of getting DRUNK and forgetting where she parked, left her phone, alot of of trash I did not care to hear! The shelving units are filled with dust, the back room floors are covered in dirt! I will go out of my way in future to purchase supplies for my shop... Sally's really needs to reevaluate if this manger is in the right position for this store! I will talk with my stylist and recommend that they no longer purchase supplies here as well. Be kind,instead of a straight up B*&$@!!!"
"The staff here is very helpful and polite. They will make sure to get you the right product you need to fix your hair the way you want it. They will educate you if you are not exactly sure what to get. They will ask if you forgot or need any other items you may not have thought about that you will need. They did not talk down to me or make me feel bad for not knowing something. They just helped me out and took care of me."
