"Friendly environment from the moment you walk in. Receptionists have smiles and greet you right away. The wait time to be called back isn't very long unless it's a busy day then give them grace. The dental techs are all very nice and have calmness, especially with kids. The listen well to any concerns or questions and answer them. If your child is scared or nervous they handle it well. Dr Phillip Tippin is wonderful with our 2 kids. If something needs to be done he lets the parents know but also explains it to the child before moving forward. I wouldn't go anywhere else!"
