"Got a referal to this place and they didn't even call or try to reach out. just called them and got no answer. Don't go here or give them the time of day because they don't care about you. or you mental health. (Edit) they finally called was told it would be two weeks by the doctor that gave me the referral got the referral in early October they decided I was worthy of a call in December. Then told me they have no one who can help me would get zero stars if google would let me."
"These people are a joke….far below what the standards of the Pullman Hospital should be! You have a phone appointment scheduled and they just don’t call you, they call the wrong number, or claim your phone didn’t work, then say you have to reschedule. Well first off my phone is in my hand and I have WiFi, so I’m not sure what the deal is. Second, they try calling 40 minutes past your scheduled time! If a patient walked in 40 minutes late they would be forced to reschedule. That’s ridiculous. People depend on these medications, and dealing with the front desk, if you can get ahold of them is a nightmare. Repeat the same information to them over and over. And my god some of the ladies are so rude! It’s a mental health clinic! They will say “don’t be rude to me” yet are the ones on the phone literally being the rudest receptionists I have dealt with. They should have compassion knowing they are usually screwing up patients medications, instead they make the patients out to be wrong and “rude.” This whole office needs fired"
"I called several times with no response. When I finally got ahold of them they cancelled my appointments two times. Both times I had called on more than one occasion to get rescheduled and they never called me back. In the email they sent me letting me know my appointment was cancelled they said they'd get me in "sometime next week". By the time I finally got ahold of them it was the next week and then they said it would be another 3 weeks before they could get me in. On top of that, every time I have been able to get ahold of someone they have been rude- this is a mental health clinic and treating people poorly should be out of the question in a behavioral health setting. As a medical receptionist I understand busy schedules but they are completely lacking in good patient care. They clearly do not care about patients with mental illness trying to get help. I have been to multiple psychiatry offices in the past and never experienced one that was so bad."
"Month after month after month I chased the staff around trying to get 1) a refill and 2) directions on how to get refills without chasing them around every month. I usually got the refill, sometimes they just let me go without. As to why getting refills was such a problem every time, all I got was my question flatly ignored. Then my provider quit (I can't imagine why - the staff seems so lovely, competent, and supportive :/). First it was "We'll call you next week." No one called; they just sent a letter directing me to call them. So I called and was told to wait "until fall" and call again. If the management's goal is providing good care, they're failing miserably. If their end game is driving patients off so they don't have to actually do anything, they're awesome at it."
"Had a referral sent in last year in November. Never recieved a call back to schedule an appointment. I've called several times, emailed them, left a message with my name and number, the whole bit, but STILL haven't recieved any contact from them. It's been 3 months now of trying and I'm done. Why trust that their psychiatric professionals want to help when the administration can't even return a phone call or reply to an email? This is absolutely unacceptable. I'll seek help elsewhere, even if I have to pay out of pocket. I suggest that those of you reading this, do the same."
