"I consigned for the first time and chose Hannah Banana because of the unique appeal of the store; however when I brought my stuff in, the girl helping me was rude and uninformative. It took almost a month to get a list of items they decided to consign. I had responded back on an email they sent and never heard anything until I finally called in and found out I need to call in frequently to see if I sold anything. Really?? I've been very unimpressed with the staff and process."
