Reviews of Bath & Body Works
"I visited with my family today and we took advantage of the offers...wow good prices. In case you don't know, they moved locations, they are in the same building but on the other side...my family loves to go, there is always something for everyone."
"The whole store is closed. There are posters all over all the windows and the door saying "opening winter". I've been to this location before, and was able to select this store for in store pickup online, which I'm glad I didn't because I wouldn't have been able to pick up my order. If the store is closed for remodeling it should say that on google maps and on the website. It should also be unavailable for in store pickup. Very disappointed."
"I love the wallflower sales. I stock up on my favorite scents. I love the new chasing fireflies. It’s a clean scent. They also have good sales on the hand wash. This is a good time to get the fall and Christmas scenes."
"My mother had a horrible experience at this particular location this evening. She called me while she was shopping in the store, and told me what happened. She doesn’t speak fluent English. The store was having a buy 3 get 3 sales. She didn’t know how much each item cost, so she was only planning on getting one. She grabbed one item and handed it to the female store clerk at the register, the store clerk scanned the item, and my mother then put her credit card in, and the transaction went through. $14.73 on the credit card reading machine. my mother thought it was a pretty good price so she wanted to grab 2 more for the buy 3 get 3 deal. So she pulled her card out and told the store clerk she was going to grab more items. The item she already purchased was on the counter and she did not get a receipt, she just turned around to get more items. She was thinking about the buy 3 get 3 deal. At that time, my mother did not know the transaction has already gone through. After she grabbed 5 items she need, she can do a buy 3 get 3 deal. A total of 6 bottles of items were on the counter. The store clerk scanned all 6 bottles (including the one my mother has just purchased, she was not paying attention), and the total comes to around $55 ish on the price reading machine (buy 3 get 3). At this point, my mother realized that the store clerk charged her price of 3 bottles instead of 2 bottles. Then my mother asked the clerk if she charged my mother 3 bottles because the price appeared to be higher. She said yes, and she did not count the first bottle my mother purchased for the buy 3 get 3 deal. She also stated she gave my mother the item and the receipt. (Which was false, my mother did not leave the store). At this point, my mother was confused and called me. She did not grab the item she purchased and the receipt, but later we found her credit card was charged $14.73 for the first purchase. My mother tried to talk to the female clerk and explain to her she did not have the item she purchased and she didn’t get a receipt. Also trying to tell her that her intent was trying to do the buy 3 get 3 deal. Instead of listening to her and resolving the issue, the store clerk argued with my mother back and forth. Eventually, another female store clerk stepped in, scanned 6 items, and issued a refund for the first item she purchased credit back towards the 2nd transaction. ($37.58). I did the math, they are still short $1.23 for the KS sales tax. The money was the small issue, the big issue was how my mother was treated during the entire shopping experience. The store clerk made several mistakes and wasn’t paying attention. Instead of apologizing and resolving the customer’s problems, she lied to my mother’s face and took the item my mother just bought and made her pay for it again. Because of my mother’s language barrier, she tried to take advantage of her vulnerability. The managers of this store really need to re-train their associates. This is bad business practice and bad customer service. My mother also felt she was being discriminated against because she doesn’t speak fluent English. I would definitely request to see a manager if I was with her. I would give 0 stars if I could. Treat others with respect and own your mistakes!"
"All the amazing Fall scents are in! This location was well organized and stocked. They had several employees walking around offering to help find something as well as handing out shopping bags."
