"I came and in and bought some stuff and redeemed my points for something out of the bazaar. I asked the associate if it would come in a shade that I could use for my skin tone and she said yes. I went home and opened it and it is not. I tried to go back in to exchange the product or get my points back and couldn’t do either. I have now wasted 100 points that I had been saving up. Very frustrating. The second associate also didn’t have the best attitude in my opinion."
