"I have spent thousands of dollars here. In fact the latest surgery was for my golden who had a huge tumor on his neck, they couldn't remove it, but of course I was still charged the full surgery quote, actually more. Then I missed an appointment for my new puppy because I was sick but I called and let them know. They informed me that they have a new policy where they will require payment upon scheduling. The most expensive vet in the valley should have better policies and customer service"
