"IMO, it is hard to give any medical facility in this valley a 5 star rating but this one gets one from me. Not because it's part of Tri-State; I have had a few issues with other departments. However, I have found my provider to be friendly, competent and trustworthy. The staff there has been fantastic to work with. I have experienced them bending over backwards to help when I've had issues that needed prompt attention. They also have made my visits there as pleasant as possible."

"Dr. Mary Crowell apparently has a problem with people who have prescriptions like suboxone. She made my girlfriend wait 3 weeks for her appointment to be treated for being pre diabetic, once in the office made her wait another hour, just to walk in and flat out tell her she wont see her while shes taking that medication. She doesn't want to be "trapped" with a patient who is taking prescribed narcotics and would rather just turn someone in need of medical attention away. When I asked about if something happens to her since her symptoms have been getting worse she sarcastically replied "itll be my fault." That we dont understand why she doesn't treat people with prescribed suboxone. She gave us like 10 excuses, but none for why we wasted 3 weeks of our time trying to get her treated. I'm guessing this doctor only treats healthy people."

When I showed up for the appointment things were fine until she entered the room and informed me she would not be treating my pre-diabetes type 2 because I am prescribed Suboxone from a different Doctor. I was treated with no compassion or empathy. Mary Crowell, you should not be in Healthcare if you cannot WORK with your patients."
