"It was extremely difficult to make an apt to be seen. I called many times and each time I was told that someone would call me back. It took weeks for this to happen. But I was seen here today and found the nurse and doctor to be very pleasant. So I'm changing this from a poor review (where I complained about phone service) to this favorable review. I really appreciated everyone I encountered in this office. The nurse and doctor were warm, caring and excellent listeners. I really appreciated the service that I received. The nurse was a warm as any I've ever seen. It's obvious that she cares a great deal for her patient! But making that appointment was EXTREMELY difficult. I called many times and many times I was promised that someone would call me back, but it took weeks for this to actually happen."
