"I wanted to share my recent experience at this clinic, hoping it might help improve their services. Both my referral doctor and I were clear in our communications that the purpose of my visit was a surgical consultation for an ongoing condition. Despite this, my consultation ended up being significantly different from what I expected. Instead of the planned surgical consultation, I found myself going through an uncomfortable exam, only to learn that my doctor was not a surgeon. Moreover, my initial diagnosis was called into question. I respect the clinic's professional staff and their commitment to patient care, but this was a frustrating experience for me. It seems like there was a significant miscommunication issue that resulted in unnecessary discomfort and disappointment. I hope this feedback can help Gritman ensure clear communication and align patient expectations effectively in the future."

"I work weekend swing, i sleep all day and work all night. Because of this the front desk thinks it is ok to treat a guy thats there and in pain poorly. I have never been so appalled by how a glorified secretary has treated me. Yeah i need a surgery but will be going to pullman to find a surgeon."
