"dr panko was nice and the consultation was good, however they wont do surgery on someone who smokes and require you quit or they wont do it. wish i would have know that before i wasted time/money on an consultation. moscow has better options and doesnt discrimate against smokers like pullman regional hospital does. avoid these ppl and pullman regional at all costs..."
