"My PCM was not trustworthy. I wasted my time waiting months for an appointment just to be lied to. She was rude and disrespectful by slandering and belittling me in my medical records making me look like a trouble maker. She failed to give me my test results and prescribed medication without looking at my medical history. I changed my PCM hoping and praying for better results but continued waiting and ended with the same results. This ordeal has completely stressed me out, making my anxiety and depression worse. This type of behavior by Lisa Fredrick and Sheena Burton is unprofessional and unacceptable. Veterans deserve better than this! I'm outraged by the way I was treated at the Coeurdalene VA clinic. I had to leave the VA and receive my medical care at Kootenai Health. DO NOT trust the VA with your health!"

"One of the WORST VA clinics I’ve ever been in. There is absolutely no rush to see patients. If you are getting blood drawn here you need to have about a 3hr window to just sit around."

"While the staff are nice and helpful, everything moves at snail pace. Most particularly, lab work is glacially slow. I’ve watched in the hour and a half sitting here, a number of people check back at the reception counter to see if they were on the list or walk out. One guy asked what was taking so long and the woman told him someone forgot to put the order for labs in for him even though he sat there waiting all that time. So when she went back to check, she returns saying “it’s a ghost town back there”. Well that’s reassuring… va care in general is a nightmare. It should all be outsourced to the community if they are this inundated and disorganized."

"Cant Trust them. The greeter at the door was wearing a mask and required anyone who entered to wear one... in winter while we could see her hot wet breath going right through it. If they're pretending masks work here, what else are they pretending work here, just to do as their told. This place has medical malpractice written all over it. Its winter. We can see the masks not working. Further, I didn't even want to come in. I was just told I needed to make a doctors appointment, as well as get a blood draw when I registered. I told them I felt find but expected to be between jobs for the next few months and wanted to do the right thing and get in the system just in case I broke my ankle or something. But, they required me to make a primary care appt? with blood draw? well, as soon as I got home I had a letter in the mail that stated this place was not going to be my primary care provider anway! Guess what... I need to make another appointment and now I have to drive to Spokane... 2 hours away. Why?? This place is not a hospital, its a money making machine. They know the masks don't work but require them. They know I'm not sick but require me to come in. There is no reason for blood draw but they want to do it. And the moment its done, they want to move me to another doctor? The trust is broken!"

"Went in today (10 26/2022)for labs prior to hand surgery on 2 November lady behind her glass said mai I help you ma'am? I explained why I was there she told me I need to go to Lab Corp, fine so I ask where that's at she says over across the way! Really? Why could she not have explained why they are not doing labs and give better directions not everyone knows where lab Corp is if they primarily use the VA healthcare."
