"This is how a doctor, patient relationship should be. It reminds me of a time when we used to refer to our doctor as our “family doctor.” Before I signed up with Dr. Cranney, I was waiting 10 weeks to get in to see my primary care physician. If I sent an electronic message, more often than not, it was answered by someone other than my doctor. Unless he is out of town, Dr. Cranney gets back to me within hours and I have been able to see him either the same day or within 48 hours. Every thing is easier with this method of practice. Prescriptions, lab work, referrals, video conferences and face to face exams, all made easier and quicker. Like I said, this is how it should be."

Occasionally I have to wait an extra day but that’s still better than the 2-3 months I used to wait to see my doctor. For those without health insurance, he’s able to offer discounted lab services, several prescriptions almost at cost and even specialty services you won’t find in other family medicine offices.
