"As a new patient I was under the impression I was going to see a dr or np,instead I saw an audiologist and was given a hearing test and told about hearing aids available thru this office.mind you I know my hearing is not optimal and I wear aides as it is..I was referred to evaluate tinnitus and feeling lightheaded now I have to wait another 2 weeks to be seen by a dr or np..is this standard procedure?"
"Made appointment to have HEARING TEST & TALK TO Dr. De Tar. First ... It took 3 weeks to get appointment. Second .... they called the week before appointment (I guess because Doctor wanted to go on vation). THIRD ... We showed up and got hearing test. ... AND ... found out that Dr. De Tar wasn't there that day. ... and Saw Dr. McCormick instead. Who absolutely wasn't much help at all. He didn't even review the Hearing Test with us."
