"You’re better off staying at home treating yourself. Save yourself some time and frustration by going literally anywhere else. The staff is inattentive. You’d think they’d bathe a 98 year old woman at least once during her over-a-week-long stay but NOPE. Couldn’t be bothered with that task I guess. And breakfast? Dream on! Maybe she’ll get lunch by the time dinner is ready to be ordered? Probably not. Maybe take her for a walk down the halls or outside in her wheelchair instead of letting her wilt away in a hospital bed for days on end. Ugh just so frustrating. She gets much better care from family members at home than the nurses here. It’s pathetic, really. Do better kootenai."

"This review is in regards to a conversation that I had with Jill Week's, Ex Dir, in Transitional Care Center Services. When you talk to someone, please be PROFESSIONAL and kind. It is not your JOB to accuse and demean someone. Keep YOUR personal opinions to yourself. I just called to get a bill resolved. I had to hear over and over that I neglected my mom. You have been reported to patient advocacy. What a nightmare of a conversation I had with you!"

"The worst hospital experience I have ever had. Unfortunately it was to birth my 3rd child. Never have a baby here. They will spend more time interviewing you for your insurance than actually giving you good care. The anesthesia service was absolutely horrible. They stabbed my back up 6 times before they got the catheter in (no I am not even close to being overweight) Four painful attempts were made before they brought another nurse in to try 2 more times. I was in terrible pain 2 weeks after that fiasco to the point I couldn't stand up straight. They cut corners every where they can you can't even get a full size water cup. The food was pathetic. No one came to help me with the baby so I could take a shower. I was ready to leave the day after my birth due to the terrible experience but the forced me to stay an extra day. I'm sure so they could rack up my charges. I couldn't get out of that joke of a hospital soon enough. DO NOT have your baby here under any circumstances!!!"

"We had a very positive experience with this hospital, Pediatric unit! The staff was so helpful, kind and accommodating. The room in the Pediatric unit was very comfortable and cozy. Lots of cheerful colors, characters, movies and popsicles. He even got to pick out a toy from the treasure chest! The doctors and nurses provided exceptional support and explained everything in detail - I can't thank them enough! This was our son's first hospital experience (since birth) and it turned out to be very positive for him (and for me)! Thank you for taking such good care of our little one!"
