My goal is to provide a safe and neutral space for individuals to work through emotional challenges and rediscover their inner strengths. I offer in-person and online therapy services, focusing on mindfulness and a customized treatment plan that may include family therapy, parent coaching, behavioral therapy, and trauma therapy.
