"I can’t say enough good things about this clinic! I have never experienced better care! They are thorough, they actually care, they will collaborate with you (rather than talking down to you), they spend enough time with you to get a good clinical picture and to get to know you so they can give you the best care as a whole person. They have been so good with my children and helping them feel comfortable. When another clinic in town neglected proper treatment that lead me to septic shock, I was able to come here and get wonderful care! Every provider we have worked with has been amazing! I also sent a friend here. After 9 visits to the ER that resulted in no answers for her issues, one of the doctors here was able to spend enough time to offer a proper diagnosis. Other friends I have sent here also agree that it is the best! I am so thankful to have a safe haven in heart of hope! I can’t wait to see how this clinic continues to grow and change our region!"

"The best Dr office in Northern Idaho, or anywhere really. Unlike other offices, the staff loves working here and it shows....they are not being dragged down by inefficient rules for one, but also, they are a kind, Christian organization that truly cares about their patients. I chose the membership and it is a great deal. You get a lot for your monthly payment! They can do blood work and xrays in this office as well. Highly recommended."

"I have been a member since they opened. I was looking for an alternative to the regular healthcare/pharma establishments out there. I was also looking for a place where I could have a proper conversation with my healthcare professional as opposed to a very short conversation because some establishments will budget you a few minutes. Last but not least is their mission statement. Anyways, I was very happy to find out that my needs were met at Heart of Hope. I have been there a few times and have had proper conversations with my health practitioner that was in-depth and not rushed. Everyone was friendly, godly, the environment was relaxing and family friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough. I look forward to seeing them grow!"

"Maybe Heart of Hopelessness would be a more appropriate name. My wife was Covid vaccine injured and we have been desperate for help as all of the local general practitioners have been dismissive and unable to help with her symptoms. We heard about Heart Of Hope and quickly set up a monthly subscription for my wife. We met with Dr Duke and he gave out a prescription for their protocol consisting of Prednisone, Ivermectin, and a few other supplements. We also purchased their vax support and quercetin and had great success within a few days. Her symptoms were almost fully resolved for about 30 days. We were very excited and I dropped my long time doctor and got a subscription to through them as well. However after about 30 days her symptoms returned and so she called and made another appointment. This time they said "well lets try the protocol again". So for another 30 days she took the same regiment religiously again. This time the symptoms did not resolve. We called to set up another appointment and I went with her this time and we met with someone other than Dr Duke. He explained that we should just try the protocol for the 3rd time and my wife refused as the high dose of Prednisone and Naltrexone was doing nothing. She had blood work done and they never called with any updates even after she left a few messages. We decided to cancel her membership and she called and once again no one answered so she left them a message. They recently pulled another payment, so we called today to ask why they did not cancel our subscription as we did pay for the full 6 month contract as agreed. They claim they never received our message so they are unable to do anything and they would have to pull another payment before they could cancel. My wife has the call on her phone showing a 2 min call out to them when she left the cancellation message. The girl at the front desk says her and the Co Owner went through the messages today and there is nothing. We called back and spoke with someone else and they claim that sometimes the calls go to different desks and its been a ongoing problem. I don't know who the co owner is but it appears they don't care about the fact that the only remedy they have only works for a short time and it appears that this 100 dollars is more important than their patients. That being said I wish anyone suffering through vaccine injury or long Covid the best in their struggle to regain their health and hope this review helps as this place is beyond disorganized and only seemed concerned with getting a few bucks out of you."
