"I love DPFCC. My primary care doctor is Dr. Wilson. He is amazing. I came to him seeking help for my severe anxiety and he was the only doctor to take me seriously and actually help. I went to three other physicians before I was recommended to Dr. Wilson and he by far was better than all of them combined. He doesn’t judge, is incredibly compassionate and actually wants to see his patients get better. I never wait long for my appointment to start, setting up an appointment with him is super easy and the rest of the staff at the clinic are great. Totally worth the drive for me. Best practice in the area for primary care hands down."

"The medical staff is very good. No complaints there at all. Office staff on the other hand are the worst I have ever encountered. I had an appointment in June, complete with a blood draw and my primary care physician wrote prescriptions accordingly. I was told that my next appointment would be in 6 months. Three months later, when the prescriptions expired the pharmacy called to have them refilled and were told that I had missed an appointment and they wouldn't refill until I made a new appointment. Although I knew this to be untrue, I made another appointment anyway and got soaked for an unnecessary co-pay. Then it turns out that they forgot to send one of the prescriptions to the pharmacy and when I called to have this rectified I was told that they would approve a 30 day supply, but would have to schedule another office visit for anything beyond the 30 days. Either the record keeping in this office is abysmal, or they are trolling me and my insurance company for as much as they can get. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office at all costs."

"Dr. Wilson is the kindest doctor I've ever had. It's hard to find a doctor who listens. All my life I had no idea I had bipolar until he saw it. I'm doing so much better. My overall health has improved immensely.The staff are so helpful and also kind."

"I have been going there for 2 years and had nothing but trouble with multiple things. They rarely answer there phone in most departments, don't return calls when you leave messages, don't get prescriptions taken care of in a timely manner. There are some good medical professionals there, but the ancillary staff there really have a hard time doing there job in a timely manner. I have had to make multiple calls to get info or get things taken care of. There are other issues that I will not go into. I do not go there anymore because I have other choices to go else where."

"The Dr. And nursing staff at this facility are amazing. Naomi and Dr Figueroa are top-notch practitioners. However, the scheduling and customer service staff has alot of room for improvement. My 11am appointment was canceled this morning due to no fault of my own. First they sent the reminder to the wrong phone number and when I Called at 11am to tell them I would be 10 minutes late I was abruptly told my appointment was canceled and they wouldn't give me a little latitude at all. After some pleading on my part They rescheduled me for later that afternoon. When I arrived at my 1:45 appointment fifteen minutes early like they requested I then sat in the lobby until 2:25pm before being called back. They wouldn't give me a 10 minute grace period for my appointment and then acted like waiting 30.min past my appointment time was par for the course. This is not very considerate to say the least. And very frustrating. I've never experienced anything like this from this Clinic and I'm quite disappointed in the callous attitude of the scheduling staff. Deer park FCC I suggest you review the phone call from this morning. Some retraining is in order I believe."
