Excellent care and follow through on labs, referrals, appointments, return calls and pharmacy. The front office is wonderful and always greet you with a smile. I would highly recommend this clinic!"

"Both Dr Layeux and Sara Hull are excellent. Also the nurse i usually get that gets you checked into your room is great. My kids see Dr Layeux and they love her, all of my experiences with these women have been fantastic and stress free. They are all easy to talk to which makes appointments so much easier."

"Lack of follow through. Delays sending referrals to specialists, imaging orders, bloodwork. Seems to care more about self than patient, and may be ideology based. Limited knowledge. Doesn't appreciate an informed patient or advocating for self. May be good for very basic healthcare, anything else is out of their scope of expertise. If you bring your medical records from previous provider with pertinent information, don't count on this clinic to verify your health issues through previous records, you're basically starting from scratch. They won't listen to you regarding previous diagnosis or testing done, probably because they don't want to sift through records. It's been a battle every step of the way to get the healthcare I desperately need. Physical Therapist at the hospital diagnosed me with something that my PCM at the clinic should have caught, even when I told her my symptoms, healthcare delayed by a few months as a result. Update 4/16/19- I had to have labs done before my hip replacement. They didn't send required lab results to the surgeon and I had to see a doctor at another clinic to force this clinic to send the results and sign off that I was healthy to have surgery. I just found out today at my pre-op appointment that one of my labs came back unfavorable, so now the surgeon is prescribing meds, something the clinic should have done two months ago before signing off that I was healthy. Pure laziness and incompetence. I wouldn't trust this clinic with my life! The worst healthcare I have ever experienced."
