"All the ladies at the reception desk are very polite and caring. The nursing staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Klaucke was very thorough with his examination and explained things so that I could understand exactly the situation and made sure to ask if I had any questions for him and also took care of my follow up care. Great office staff."
"The people at the front desk have an attitude about them if you ask them a question they look at you like your an idiot or whats wrong with you and if you dont want to have free speech becuase if you get irratated and say something to express you being upset they will try to throw you to the wolves of our legal system and when i asked about the sign the lady i asked got visually upset and defesive"
"Injured in beginning of July, didn’t get my MRI until the end of August. If you value your health, go somewhere else! They are nice people though but that doesn’t do much to support your health…"
"Brought my son here after a football injury to his wrist/ fingers. Dr Klaucke took such good care to explain his injury and details of his X-rays. He was excellent at helping us feel heard and didn’t rush us at all. Very kind and personable."
"At my last appointment with Dr. Cipriano, my foot was very swollen and badly discolored. I asked him what was wrong. He replied “Nothing”. I’m not a doctor, but I knew something was wrong. When I returned home to Dallas, I went to UT Southwestern and saw a qualified orthopedic surgeon. She took one look at my leg and told me I was in serious trouble, in danger of losing my leg! She said I had a serious infection and that the rod Dr. Cipriano had inserted had to come out. She said they never put a rod in a compound fracture as a rod was nothing but a breeding ground for infection. She said I would be placed in an external fixator for 6-1/2 months and have skin, vein, and muscle from my left leg transfered to my right leg to deal with the infection. As a result I have a large bump on my right leg. I emailed Dr. Cipriano with a picture of it saying thanks to him I had a permanently disfigured leg but no thanks to him I still had a leg. Needless to say, he didn’t respond! Stay away from him. I don’t know if he is negligent, incompetent, lazy or all three! If I had believed him that nothing was wrong and not sought medical attention, I would have lost my leg!"
