"Live blood analysis were great ! I'm not sure about the supplements or care . I never get any information back and left in the dark . She uses wei labs and they have terrible terrible reviews I have read many reviews saying their supplements put people in the hospital. After 2 visits with Brooke I decided to take my care somewhere elsewhere."

"All I can say is get a receipt for services. Money was stolen out of my debit card without my consent or knowledge. We messaged back and forth about what she said I owed her and I was going to see her in a couple days so I thought we could talk about the balance I already paid. When I went in for my next appointment she said she already took the money out of my accout knowing I told her I had already paid her on the last visit. I got charged twice ($144.00) for products that I already paid for and didn't get a receipt because I trusted her. Not getting a receipt was my fault. Just know I'm not the only one that this happened to. So now I get a reply saying I owed for a report which I already got. Brook said I owed her for product on the messages we had back and forth which almost got overlooked at the previous appointment, we all laughed about it and I had to borrow it from my gf until we got to an ATM when we left. She is saying I'm holding onto this for five years? Holding on to her helping herself to my debit card number and charging me for a charge I was disputing? This isn't really a review so to speak, this is to warn others about her questionable business practices. When a patient questions a charge and then uses your card number to charge the card anyway after knowing I was disputing it doesn't sound like someone I would trust dealing with again. I can't tell you how happy I was having my gf there to see the whole experience play out."

"I would give a -1 star if I could. I just received a marketing phone call from an assistant, a voice message advertising their services, and an email out of nowhere with an invoice saying I owe $145 for an initial consult I never attended and canceled, from over 1 year ago on 5/18/22. I called back and after being on hold during business hours on a weekday for over 2 minutes I left a voice message and I emailed back. I think this clinic should change their slogan to be honest from “your health matters” to “your money matters”. This is happening almost everywhere it now seems and needs to stop!"

Sandpoint, ID 03 6/30/2022 I have always preferred using Eastern Medicine for my well being, but when I became eligible for Medicare, I switched to using a Nurse Practitioner. However, many of my needs to deal with health issues were not addressed to my liking. I prefer not to use medication to fix symptoms, but look at my health from a deeper level. I recently had the opportunity to meet with Brooke Heather through my church, and learned that she offered discounted visits at specific times, that would certainly support my budget needs. After talking with Brooke at length, I immediately was impressed with her knowledge of Holistic Medicine. My initial health concern was in dealing with nerve problems that incurred from the Moderna Vaccine. Most medical Dr's are not convinced that this vaccine could affect the nervious system. Brooke not only listened to my problem attentively but believed with confidence that she could support me in healing these syptoms. Working with Brooke's protocol, within only a matter of days, my nerves started to calm down and are continuosly getting better. Brooke has also looked at all the supplements that I have been taking for years, and is putting me on better alternatives to support my health.
