"Edit: my son still has not been seen. This is the 2nd year waiting for this business to diagnose my son. (We are now at about 2 1/2 years waiting) Now I hear the doctor is leaving this business and going somewhere else! Never have returned my calls, and I’ve had to go into the office to get answers. If I could give this place a negative star rating I would! It is the WORST. Do not go here if you have a young child trying to be diagnosed for a behavioral or mental illness!! This illness of his is dangerous, and THEY DONT CARE! IM BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH THIS BUSINESS! My son has waited over a year to be diagnosed and after that year I get a call that the new practitioner that can diagnose won't go down past age 12! And that the other person who does diagnosis won't be able to see my son til after the end of the year! The lady I spoke to was kind, but I haven't been told any of this til after a year later. I'm so upset and hurt this is happening to my family. My son is not going to bounce to different medications without a diagnosis. I was told specifically not to go through medications by a different social worker so I refuse to change his meds!!! They refuse to answer my phone calls and will not tell you where you are on their list. I've left so many voice messages and I never got a response, I had to personally walk in there and demand to see where he is on the list and they still didn't tell me but said that he is soon! I'm so hurt :-("
"They can't be helpful if they never return phone calls. Even if they aren't accepting new patients, they could have the decency to call back and say so."
"Excellent help! Highly recommend going here."
