"Poor patient care. I had several basic vital checks missed during very important pre-natal care appts. Sometimes no urine test, no BP checks, no weight checks. Switched over to Coeur OB-Gyn after a recommendation, what a difference and breath of fresh air! Very professional, nothing was ever missed, staff is on top of everything. If only Sandpoint had OB-Gyn care like that…so sad that many drive 40-1 Hr away to get decent pre-natal care."
"I have been going to Sandpoint Women’s Health for years mostly because Sandpoint doesn’t have a lot of options for women’s health but this place is actually very hard to work with. To start, it is almost impossible to reach them. I have called more than 10 times for an issue and only reached someone once and then was transferred to a different voicemail. I eventually went to the office to schedule and still wasn’t helped because the scheduling person wasn’t available. Further, when I have had check -ups, it felt like an assembly line just trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible. More than once someone was supposed to call me back with lab tests and never received a call back. And on top of that, they messed up and sent me a bill for something I already paid. I like the idea of the practice but it’s not being well maintained unfortunately. At this point I would rather travel to cda or Spokane than continue trying to work with them."
"I just recently found Sandpoint Womens Health and I can’t tell you how great of an experience I’ve had! Every person from the front desk, nurses and doctors were all so kind and helpful. I felt heard and valued as a patient and am so grateful I found a new place for my health that I can trust. I would highly recommend them!"
"I've work in Healthcare for year and have never had a worse experience. The scheduling is absolutely ridiculous, they schedule you for an appointment time move your appointment without your knowledge reschedule and then do it all over again. There is no compassion and no care for the amount of stress related to going to women's health(contraception, pregnancy, wellness, etc.) and when you call the phone goes straight to voice-mail. Save your time and stress and drive the 45 minutes to CDA."
