"This office can be quite a trip. Every single health issue I have no one listens to me aside from maybe Janet Lukehart. I've been seen on multiple occasions. Doctors keep closing for holidays and not open on Fridays. I need my prescription and no one seems to call me back. They say, "We will get that taken care of" the medications the mental health facility prescribes messes with me and makes me aggressive and gives me headaches and bad sexual side effects. They FINALLY ordered an MRI. The doctors offices in Sandpoint are screwed. I went to Kaniksu and they kept pressuring me to do vaccinations when some are deemed unsafe for me to use. For various family health issues and I'm glad that Dr Bonine or Janet Lukehart dont do that HOWEVER...is there anything good I have to say?... well definitely they schedule appointment relatively quickly and can diagnose your issues very soon and they know what they are talking about. I had an underactive thyroid and they took my blood and are getting in the results and medications can be prescribed within the day of the visit!! Good diagnosing and front desk reception the nurse Erin Bonine is a sweetheart and she will do many things in her power to assist her patients. Great job lady!! Dr. Bonine is a smart guy with good potential but not the best doctor to be seen. If I need seen urgently for issues I just go to urgent care or even the emergency room. I'm kind of a hypochondriac but thanks to all the different doctors and my persistence my health is forever covered by insurance up until I turn 21."
