"It was terrible. The sales person said when I asked to see a shoe that he didn’t think they had that size because usually 8 was the smallest size. With more encouragement, he went to look and lo and behold, they had them. When I checked out, I asked him if I had anything off and he didn’t even look, just said he didn’t think so because it didn’t show up when he put in my number. I have had it checked before and they had to do something different to find the answer. He should’ve just gone home-he did not want to work. The more I think about it, the madder I get."

"Went to exchange a size medium for a large today after purchasing yesterday and the manager told me "he couldnt figure it out" and I would need to come back tomorrow and hopefully another manager could get it. This is after I sat there waiting for 10 minutes as he threw the f-word out in front of my 7 year old with his co-worker who leaned on the counter on her phone."

"Workers didn’t help. When we asked for help they acted like we was interrupting their break time just chatting with each other. When we asked if they had a different size they said no. They wouldn’t go check. We told them we would shop else where. They was ok with it because they were having a good time talking with each other."
