"Have dined at many Panda's, so my expectations are set for 'average Panda experience'. That said, this store was average clean. Food quality, taste and portion size was standard. I noticed a car backing out of the drive through line - never a good look. Inside service was below average, determined by the server that was totally indifferent, and the cashier that felt saying "Thank you" was unnecessary. No problem, just an observation. To note, the music was set so loud, it was strenuous to have a table discussion. Panda or dance club? Management opportunity."

"Left me and many other cars trapped in their drive through for over 20 minutes. Would have been common sense to send the car waiting for food around to wait for it but common sense doesn’t prevail here. I wasn’t fortunate enough to be the truck behind me that could drive over the curb to escape. I was left getting severe anxiety with every passing minute. Try to call the store to ask them to send the car around so I can leave but they don’t have the right number online, connects you to another store. Thanks for making me have a panic attack and making me incredibly late to my kids sports."

"Michelle your assistant is very rude. The poor employees are even afraid to approach her. I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and still to pick my food, it has been sitting 20+ min and she literally open the bag and put her hand on top of it and said she wasn't going to remake it. When I opened the container the food was cold and when I showed her there was no steam at all she rolled her eyes at me."

"Very poorly managed location with very long wait times for food (inadequate/poorly trained staff and inexperienced management). I have been here 3 different occasions and there is always a long wait for food even when it is not busy. This time I ordered a family meal a full hour before expected the pickup time and showed up 20 minutes late to my pickup time and STILL had to wait an extra half hour. This is my last time eating here. They will not last long unless changes occur. AVOID."
