"I went here for probably 4 years. I had 2 different counselors and im probably going to have another one somethime soon. I believe this place is amazing they all try to communicate in more than one way. They put in the most effort they can and if i do go back to counseling I personally hope that it is here."

"The counselor was fine, pretty building, but the office has serious internal communication issues. Several times a parent would go to check in with their child and the receptionist would tell them (for one reason or another) that their appt had been cancelled- and no one bothered to call them! Same thing happened to me (I even rec'd a courtesy reminder call a day prior to confirm the appt)! My daughter could have and should have been in school instead of wasting time on an appt that had apparently vanished for no good reason. I have more details about these types of serious communication problems, but I'd rather just move on from this place...."

"If I could give them no stars I would. Poor communication, rude, and by far not a place that I would recommend to anyone. Be weary of the one good review. If you want the run around this is the place to go!"
