"Arrived 9 minutes late for my sons apt but I had my girlfriend call in advance. They stated their policy for late apts was 10 minutes and I was refused service. The supervisor stated Dr. Morrill wouldn’t see us. Good to know he doesn’t care about his patients and their supervisor front desk staff stalled on me once I got there then told me I was past their time frame when I wasn’t. Incompetence at its finest."

"This review is directed towards the ENT office. Arrived 9 minutes late (had better half call in advance to let them know) they stated as long as I got there within the 10 minute time frame I would be able to be seen. I was stalled at the front desk then told I couldn't be seen. The supervisor I spoke to was rude and unhelpful along with the front desk staff. I've rarely ran into such INCOMPETENT humans in my life or been treated so poorly. Dr. Scott Morrill and this office are not ethical human beings for turning me away even though it was within what you state in your policy. I will be filing a formal complaint."
