"I'll never go through these people again after being pressured Into getting a car saying they take anything as a down payment ,cows, shoes, broke down Cars ect. So I gave them sports cards and autographed picture of Tommy Morrison, and Jack Nicholson certificate of authenticity as well and they said that they had them appraised and could except that as my down payment they allowed me to keep the car for a month then mailed me a letter stating I didn't qualify for the car and I had to return the car these people are true scammers I feel like they make ya think there's hope then pull the carpet out from under your feet never would I purchace a car ever again through these people"
"I give Gunner 5 stars, he was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Would recommend him to anyone, sent my partners daughter to him and again, he found her a vehicle, he goes above and beyond, doesn't get uptight about anything you say etc. Again, definitely 5+ stars."
"Lameshio was very nice from the time we walked in the door. He made sure we got a good deal on my husband’s Truck. He was so amazing that I wanted to buy my car from him too. I told him what vehicle I wanted and he called me when he had it, so we got 2 vehicles from him!"
"I purchased a '17 Kia Forte on Thursday. They never mentioned the 2-year service plan that was added onto the deal and rushed through signing paperwork after having me in their store talking about everything else for 3 hours. (chiefs game, Taco Bell, etc). Their salesman, Clint, was fantastic. I appreciate him finding me a car I liked, explaining the lifetime powertrain warranty, that I had three days to change my mind, and finding me a car I was interested in. The vehicle was fresh out of auction and still had to be run through service and detail. He told me it'd take a few days but that he would try to put some pressure on the guys on that side of things to try and get it done quicker - much appreciated. I emailed Brayden Fox, the finance guy I dealt with, about canceling the service contract. That email never got a response. I texted him about it, and he called me to sell me on it. When I told him I didn't need it as I work on my cars anyway, he said, "Well, when you pick up the car, we can sit down and discuss it." They told me the vehicle *should* be ready by Saturday. Then Saturday came, and they told me Monday. Monday came, and they wouldn't return my calls or texts; whenever I called, I was told they were in a meeting. On Tuesday, I asked if I could cancel the deal as I still hadn't picked up the car. They then texted me that the vehicle was ready; I told them I should still have the 72-hour "love it or leave it" policy listed on their website. They stopped texting me about this and had a "manager" from the store call me instead. The guy who called said he was the manager, and there was no way to cancel. I was trying to ask him about the website's three-day policy, and he kept interrupting me, saying, "Well, you didn't pick up the car until today, but you bought it five days ago." I was trying to pick up the car and told them I could detail it myself, but they wouldn't allow this. While he had a point, he was insulting on the phone, and when I would try to explain where I was at with the car, financing, etc., he kept interrupting and arguing with me. Then I think he gave up and kept interrupting me every time I'd try to talk, only saying, "Our store manager Ryan(?) will be here today, and you can talk to him when you pick up the car." Part of that is my fault, as I was informed that the 72-hour policy was from the delivery of the vehicle rather than signing for it - I should've clarified and gotten that in writing. When I went to pick up the car Tuesday night and cancel the extended warranty, Ryan was nowhere to be found. Brayden again pulled me into his office for almost an hour. I had to tell him 3-4 times I still wanted to cancel the extended warranty. He kept trying to tell me I would spend thousands of dollars to replace an alternator, brake caliper, or rotor. I told him that I planned on being in this car only briefly and that I'm competent - I went to school for automotive, and I can do my work much cheaper than the $4200 warranty plus interest. He tried running the numbers on the interest for the warranty, even trying to justify it by saying, "We pay interest on everything. I'm paying $282k interest on my $185k mortgage." After nearly an hour, he finally got frustrated and spun his chair around to the computer, exclaiming, "Well, we can cancel it then. It's gonna take three months." The other gentleman (I didn't get his name) took over and asked Brayden to talk with someone else. He filled out the paperwork, made sure I only wanted to cancel the service plan and not the GAP, and we signed the form. He told me that it could take up to 3 months for the bank to process it, but it's usually much faster. I don't recommend SuperCarGuys due to their shady practices, pushy finance guys, slow service/detail shop, and lack of transparency. I enjoy a different vehicle each year and won't be back. If you must go to this shop, get any promises in writing, and ensure there is a cooldown period on the vehicle if it's something you need. Please don't trust any of their verbal agreements."
"New UPDATE 4/29/23 - Sebastian and his team were great in helping us pick out the best car for my husband, and then went above and got me one too. They are all very nice.. and cookies are going to them this weekend. :) But Sebastian was a joy to be around, and it was fun talking to him about old cars (1950's to 1970's). Very respectful and my elderly Mother got the biggest kick out of him. We tried other car dealership that was in our home town, but got treated like we weren't good enough to set a foot on their property. You should never judge a book by the cover, you never know what a great book it will be. Thank you Sebastian and the Rock st Team. We will buy from you again!!! Cassandra"
